Bennet Springs - Doubleview
Creative Alliance was contracted by the City of Stirling and Perth Paints to apply a two-pack solvent-based anti-graffiti coating over a mural by artist Vik Skivinis.
The project involved light surface abrasion (sanding) to prepare the area, followed by two coats of solvent-based epoxy paint. The coating provides long-term protection against graffiti and environmental wear, helping to maintain the integrity of the artwork.

Terry Tyzack
Aquatic Centre Expansion
Creative Alliance proudly collaborated with Chris Nixon and Andrew Frazer on the Terry Tyzack Pool Aquatic Centre expansion project, focusing on the application of undercoating and top coating with anti-graffiti solutions.
Our role involved meticulously preparing surfaces to enhance the vibrant colors of the design, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability and to help with the application of painting of vertical walls.
This process consisted of taping up of straight lines, applying an acrylic primer/undercoat by brush and roller over all vertical walls.
Once the groundwork was laid, we applied an advanced anti-graffiti coating, safeguarding the stunning artwork against vandalism while contributing to the facility's modern and inviting atmosphere.
This partnership not only highlights our commitment to quality but also enhances the community's recreational space.

McCallum Park
Victoria Park
McCallum Park, a redevelopment project by the City of Victoria Park covering over 16,000 sqm, is located on Garland Street in Victoria Park, Western Australia.
Creative Alliance was contracted by Chris Nixon, Principal Contractor of Nixon Studios to apply a two-pack Weathermax coating system to vertical concrete walls at McCallum Park. This high-performance coating provides long-term durability and protection against UV, moisture, vandalism and environmental wear.
FEATURES:
*A protective anti-graffiti coating has been applied to safeguard the park’s striking artwork, ensuring it remains vibrant and intact for years to come.
*All other images is where the skate park two pack was applied.
Our scope included surface preparation, priming, and the application of the two-pack system to ensure strong adhesion and a smooth, weather-resistant finish. This coating protects the underlying artwork from weathering and vandalism, contributing to the park’s long-term maintenance strategy and sustaining the visual integrity and vibrancy of the artwork created by Indigenous artist Kam Sani.

Blue Tree Project
Creative Alliance had the opportunity to work along side Andrew Frazer (Artist) on a fantastic cause that supports mental health awareness. Nestled in Lathlain (Victoria Park) inside the home ground of West Coast Eagles a blue tree stands tall. The Blue Tree Project was inspired by lighthearted prank and became a symbol of mental health awareness.
Our role was to apply a bright base blue over the old decommissioned tree via brush and roller.
A meaningful project that we were proud to be a part of and will remember for years to come!
